We recently made an update to the notification email.
Previously, the notification email was only available when using the stand alone booking form. We had a lot of feedback requesting that this email be available under other booking scenarios.
As part of our continuous development of BookThatApp, we have updated the notification email to apply under all booking scenarios.
Now you decide when the app will send the notification email. By accessing the notification email template in the app, you can choose the conditions under which the notification email will send.
