Flexible Booking Solution Converts Children's Play Centre

A Memphis-based children's play centre contacted us looking for a booking solution for their two locations.  They wanted to allow customers to reserve a spot for their child into one of the children's' play events they offered as well as to reserve an appointment at one of their "open play" sessions. 

The play centre had three unique requirements:

• Multiple Booking Forms:  The play centre required two different types of booking forms :  one for classes and the other for appointments.   
• Capture Additional Details:  The play centre needed to capture the individual details of each child such as age and name along with details such as allergies and emergency contact information.   They also needed the ability to capture multiple names and ages if the parent was booking for more than one child. 
• Location based bookings:  As the play centre had two locations, they needed a booking solution that would allow them to take bookings for both locations.

By partnering with BookThatApp, the play centre was able to implement a booking solution that met all of their needs.  The solution was a combination of adding custom booking fields to the booking form allowing them to capture all of the additional information they required for the booking.   The form also automatically duplicated the fields based on the number of children in the party. This meant that they were able to capture unique information for each child.   The play centre was also able to take advantage of location-based booking and set up a unique class schedule for each of their two locations.
